- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (basil, dill, or your choice), chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
