  • 12 lbs Pork Tenderloin
  • 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Medium Onion, chopped
  • 1 cup Low-Sodium Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried Thyme
  • 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare by peeling and mincing garlic cloves and chopping the onion.
  2. Sear the pork tenderloin in a skillet over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  3. Place the seared pork in the crockpot and layer with minced garlic and chopped onion.
  4. Pour chicken broth and barbecue sauce over the meat. Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Once cooked, shred the pork with two forks and return it to the pot to soak up juices before serving.
