Instructions
- Wash and dry the spinach leaves thoroughly. Coarsely chop and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and garlic powder until well mixed.
- Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet; spread half the filling evenly on top and cover with another tortilla.
