  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the spinach leaves thoroughly. Coarsely chop and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, combine chopped spinach, cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, and garlic powder until well mixed.
  3. Heat olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place one tortilla in the skillet; spread half the filling evenly on top and cover with another tortilla.
