- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Season chicken breasts, place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes until juices run clear. Allow to cool.
- While cooling, chop celery and red onion into small pieces.
