- In another bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-5 minutes).
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then add sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- In a small bowl, combine brown sugar with additional cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over it, then add the remaining batter followed by the remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
