- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup walnuts or chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth; leave some chunks if desired.
- Mix melted butter, eggs, and vanilla into the mashed bananas.

- Gently fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined; avoid overmixing.
