- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp butter (for frying)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese with half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture until creamy.
- Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin. Spread about 1–2 tablespoons of the cream cheese mixture on each slice and roll tightly.
- Whisk together eggs, milk, remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture, and vanilla in another bowl.
- Dip each roll-up briefly into the egg mixture.
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat and fry the roll-ups seam-side down until golden brown, about 3–4 minutes per side.
- Immediately coat each warm roll-up in leftover cinnamon sugar before serving.
