  • 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)
  • 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange Saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar, stirring continuously until bubbling (about 3-5 minutes).
