- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup crushed pretzels (plus extra for topping)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into a springform pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes and let cool.
- 2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sour cream, sugar, and vanilla; mix well.
- 3. Melt chocolate chips in the microwave. Fold half into the cream cheese mixture.
- 4. Pour mixture over cooled crust and swirl in remaining chocolate.
- 5. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until edges are firm and center is slightly jiggly. Cool completely; refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
