- 2 tbsp capers, rinsed
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic and capers for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer for 3-4 minutes, scraping up browned bits.
- Return chicken to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss gently while adding reserved pasta water as needed. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
