- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet; cook until bubbles form on top (about 3-4 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot topped with additional cherries or maple syrup.
