  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 cups marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente; drain.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the broccoli in olive oil for about 5 minutes until tender.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with cream cheese, mozzarella, sautéed broccoli, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Stuff each shell generously with the filling mixture and place them upright in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour marinara sauce over the shells until fully covered and sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; remove foil and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
