  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap and gently pound to about half an inch thick for even cooking.
  2. Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls: one with seasoned flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
