  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (any color)

Instructions

  5. For Instant Pot: Secure lid and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes; allow natural release. For stovetop: Simmer uncovered for 20–30 minutes until thickened.
