  • 4 oz cream cheese (for glaze)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let sit until frothy. Mix in flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Add melted butter and eggs; stir to form a soft dough.
  2. Knead: Transfer dough to a floured surface; knead for 5–7 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for about 1 hour.
  3. Create Filling: Roll out dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick. Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly across the surface.
  4. Roll & Cut: Tightly roll the dough from one long side and slice into 12 pieces using dental floss or a sharp knife.
  5. Bake: Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Make Glaze: Whip cream cheese with powdered sugar and milk until smooth; drizzle over warm rolls.
