  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, melted butter, baking powder, and salt until it resembles wet sand. Press into the prepared pan and bake for 10–12 minutes.

  5. Pour the filling over the crust and bake for another 25–30 minutes until set but jiggly in the center. Let cool completely before slicing.
