- 2 tbsp cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey (or sugar)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat grill or stovetop pan over medium heat. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Grill for 6-8 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Brush BBQ sauce over hot chicken and let rest before shredding.
- In a bowl, mix shredded cabbage and carrots. In another bowl, whisk mayo, cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper; pour over cabbage mixture and toss.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or prepare lettuce leaves.
