  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese (full-fat)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a bowl, mix chopped nuts with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. Brush a baking dish with melted butter. Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter.
  4. Sprinkle half of the nut mixture over the phyllo. Press gently.
  5. Beat cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth; pour over the nut layer.
  6. Repeat layering with remaining phyllo and nut mixture, topping with more phyllo.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set in the center.
