- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili paste (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and honey until combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the meatballs in batches for 7-10 minutes until golden brown.
- While cooking, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chili paste for the glaze.
- Once meatballs are cooked through (165°F internal temp), pour the glaze over them and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until thickened.
