  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots and potatoes), optional

Instructions
