- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup whole milk (or almond milk)
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for frying)
- Maple syrup (for serving)
Instructions
- Prepare the strawberries by washing and slicing them. Set aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
