  • 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab meat, scallops)
  • 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in mixed seafood and cook until just opaque.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese with heavy cream, salt, pepper, basil, and parsley until smooth.
  4. In a baking dish, layer sauce at the bottom followed by noodles. Alternate layers of seafood mixture and mozzarella until all ingredients are used.
