- 9 no-boil lasagna noodles
- 1 cup mixed seafood (shrimp, crab meat, scallops)
- 15 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather all ingredients.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in mixed seafood and cook until just opaque.
