  4. Add pink food coloring until you reach your desired hue. Gently fold in fresh raspberries.
  5. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and bake at 325°F (160°C) for 50-60 minutes until set around the edges but jiggles slightly in the center.
  6. Cool completely before refrigerating for several hours or overnight before serving.
