- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in granulated and brown sugars until well combined.
- Remove from heat. Allow to cool slightly, then whisk in eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually fold into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Mash fresh raspberries in a separate bowl; add sugar if desired.
- Pour half the brownie batter into the prepared pan. Spoon raspberry mixture over it, then pour remaining batter on top. Gently swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until edges are set; let cool before slicing.
