- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
- 1 cup bell peppers (chopped)
- ½ cup onion (chopped)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté sliced sausage until browned. Add bell peppers and onions; cook until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add shrimp; cook until pink and opaque.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring continuously. Mix in Cajun seasoning, salt, pepper, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
