Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined. Press firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form a crust.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
