Description

Beef Stroganoff Alain Ducasse Style is an exquisite dish featuring tender beef and earthy mushrooms in a luxurious creamy sauce. Perfect for impressing guests or enjoying a cozy night in.

Ingredients

  • Beef Tenderloin
  • Fresh Mushrooms (cremini or button)
  • Sweet Onion
  • Garlic
  • Heavy Cream
  • Beef Broth
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Olive Oil & Butter
  • Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  1. Slice the beef tenderloin into thin strips. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef in batches for 2-3 minutes until browned but not fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, melt butter, then add chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until golden brown, allowing them to absorb flavors.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth, scraping up any bits from the pan. Stir in Dijon mustard and simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
  5. Return the seared beef to the skillet, cooking briefly until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley.
  6. Serve over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, or rice to soak up the decadent sauce.
