  • 3 cloves fresh garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning blend
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the chicken into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic.
  2. In the slow cooker, combine chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, and enough chicken broth to cover.
  3. Cut cream cheese into cubes and add to the mixture; stir gently to combine.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, boil pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and reserve some starchy water.
