- 3–4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat skillet over medium-high heat.
- Pound chicken breasts to about ½ inch thick and dredge in flour.
- Heat olive oil and butter in the skillet; sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken; sauté minced garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- Pour in lemon juice and broth, then stir in heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Serve hot.
