- 4 cups stale bread cubes
- 1 cup whole milk

- Pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook sausages until browned (8-10 minutes). Add onions and bell peppers towards the end, cooking until softened.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
