  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 cups stale bread cubes
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions
