Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In a bowl, coat chicken breasts in olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
