- 1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Italian Herbs
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Lemon Wedges (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix panko breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, dried herbs, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Coat each chicken breast in olive oil, then roll them in the breadcrumb mixture until fully covered.
- Place the coated chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with lemon wedges on the side.
