  • 8 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 12 oz ravioli wrappers (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, 2 tbsp of basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Assemble the ravioli: Lay out ravioli wrappers on a floured surface. Place small dollops of filling on half of each wrapper, brush edges with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
  3. Make the sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently. Add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Finish the sauce: Mix in lemon juice and remaining basil; adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook ravioli: Boil salted water in a pot, add ravioli, and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they float. Drain carefully.
  6. Serve: Plate ravioli and generously pour creamy sauce over them.
