- 8 oz cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 12 oz ravioli wrappers (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine chopped lobster meat, 2 tbsp of basil, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the ravioli: Lay out ravioli wrappers on a floured surface. Place small dollops of filling on half of each wrapper, brush edges with water, fold over, and seal tightly.
- Make the sauce: In a pan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and simmer gently. Add Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Finish the sauce: Mix in lemon juice and remaining basil; adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Cook ravioli: Boil salted water in a pot, add ravioli, and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until they float. Drain carefully.
- Serve: Plate ravioli and generously pour creamy sauce over them.
