  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni (or favorite pasta)
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
  2. Add the diced onion and bell peppers; sauté for about five minutes until softened.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and paprika; cook for one minute until fragrant.
  4. Mix in the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce; stir well to combine.
  5. Add uncooked pasta and enough water (or broth) to cover everything by an inch. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer until pasta is tender (about 10-12 minutes).
