  • 1 lb lean ground pork
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage (green or mixed)
  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 3 tbsp coconut aminos
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop vegetables: shred cabbage, grate carrots, slice green onions.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add ground pork to the skillet; cook until browned and fully cooked through (about 5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in shredded cabbage, grated carrots, and green onions. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until cabbage wilts but retains crunch.
  5. Pour coconut aminos over the mixture; season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well to combine.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with extra green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
