- 4 fresh halibut fillets
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, blend cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Arrange halibut fillets in the dish; pour the cream sauce over them.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs with parmesan and sprinkle on top of the fish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Let cool slightly before serving.
