Description

Creamy Baked Halibut is an indulgent dish featuring tender halibut fillets enveloped in a rich, flavorful cream sauce, perfect for impressing guests at any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 fresh halibut fillets
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, blend cream cheese, heavy cream, lemon juice, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Arrange halibut fillets in the dish; pour the cream sauce over them.
  4. Mix panko breadcrumbs with parmesan and sprinkle on top of the fish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and flaky. Let cool slightly before serving.
