  • 1 large onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup butternut squash (cubed)
  • 1 cup Brussels sprouts (halved)
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
