- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon

- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (for caramel)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until golden brown to create caramel. Quickly pour into a flan mold and let cool.
- In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Once the caramel has hardened, gently pour the custard mixture on top.
- Place the mold inside a larger baking dish filled halfway with hot water and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Allow to cool at room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- To serve, run a knife along the edges and invert onto a plate.
