  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground turkey until fully cooked. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, salt, pepper, and green onions.
  2. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese until melted.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Moisten edges with water and roll tightly.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F or oven to 375°F. Lightly spray each egg roll with cooking oil.
  5. Cook for about 10-15 minutes in the air fryer or 20-25 minutes in the oven until golden brown.
