Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs (rosemary or thyme), chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool slightly.
