Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes.
- Set up three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with salt and pepper.
- Dip each salmon piece into flour, then egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.

- For the Bang Bang sauce, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
