  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by trimming excess fat and patting it dry.
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour in Caesar dressing, followed by garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add pasta on top of the chicken mixture and pour chicken broth over everything to ensure it's well covered.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours until the chicken is tender.
  5. Shred the chicken in the pot using two forks, stir in Parmesan until melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
