Ingredients

  • Bowtie pasta
  • Lean ground beef
  • Heavy cream
  • Fresh garlic
  • Onion
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. Boil salted water in a large pot, add bowtie pasta, and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned and crumbly (5-7 minutes).
  4. Lower heat and stir in heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer until slightly thickened.
  5. Stir in freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted into the sauce.
  6. Add cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet and toss until evenly coated with the creamy sauce. Serve hot.
