  • 2 cups mini pasta shells
  • 4 oz cream cheese, cubed
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Set Instant Pot to sauté mode; add ground beef or sausage, onion, and garlic. Cook until browned and onions are translucent (5-7 minutes).
  2. Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and Italian seasoning; simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add pasta shells and cream cheese; stir until combined.
  4. Pour in enough water or broth to cover the mixture. Secure the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
  5. Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing any remaining pressure. Serve garnished with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.
