  • Olive oil, for sautéing
  • Salt, pepper, and paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper until soft.
  2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika; cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in beef broth and simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Place biscuit dough on top of the mixture and brush with melted butter if desired.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
