Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté chopped onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika; cook for an additional 1–2 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Mix in shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Place biscuit dough on top of the mixture and brush with melted butter if desired.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15–20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
