  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 9 oz cheese tortellini (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic, carrots, celery, and chicken into bite-sized pieces.
